Often times we have to examine the problem and see what the best action is. Most things can easily be replaced, or fixed but if it can’t we won’t be shy to tell you. If it’s beyond our skill level, or if you need a specialist such as an electrician, HVAC tech, or plumber we will tell you. We would rather have the job done right by someone else than us do it wrong.
I spent 21 years in the Army, figuring out problems and how to fix them. From being a home owner myself, and managing my own rental properties to doing all the regular maintenance at my Mother’s house, I’ve done just about everything. I also know my limitations. If I can’t do the job right I will help you find the person that can.
